All customers with reservation must check in 15min prior to the booked time. Not wheelchair accessible. Participants should be confident bike riders, since Lisbon's old town has steep hills and narrow streets. Minimum of 2 people to operate this activity. Adult pricing applies to all travelers. All participants must have a minimum of 1.5meters (4.9 feet) and a maximum of 118Kg (260.14 pounds). Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The tour operate in the rain so please check the weather conditions and dress accordingly. The company provides ponchos. Our exclusive Lisbon downtown store offers not only easy tour bookings but also access to restrooms, filtered water, complimentary Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating.

Do I need to have experience to ride a segway?
No prior experience is necessary, but as with any new activity, a little confidence makes all the difference. Riding a Segway Lisbon may feel unfamiliar at first, but don’t worry, before the tour begins, our expert guides will provide a brief and easy adaptation lesson. In just a few minutes, you’ll feel comfortable, balanced, and ready to glide through the city’s streets with ease.
Can pregnant women participate in the Segway tours?
For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in our Segway tours.

Are there any weight or age restrictions for this tour?
For safety reasons, participants must weigh between 100 lbs (45 kg) and 260 lbs (118 kg). The minimum age to join the tour is 12 years old.
What happens in case of rain?
Lisbon enjoys plenty of sunshine, but if light rain occurs, we provide rain ponchos so you can continue the tour comfortably. In the case of severe weather, we offer rescheduling or alternative options to ensure the best experience for our guests.
