What are the accepted payment methods?

Currently, you can pay in an ATM or by MBWAY (available in Portugal), Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.

Where can I check my invoices?

You can check your invoices in your SEE Countries Profile or in your e-mail inbox.

My card was not accepted, what should I do?

Please confirm if the card you added is a Mastercard or Visa. If not, and if you have correctly inserted all your card details, you may try an alternative payment method such as PayPal. If the issue persists, you can reach out to [email protected]

How can I change the date of my booking?

You can do it directly with the provider by accessing your Profile – Bookings – Contact Provider.

I can't find the confirmation email for my reservation, now what?

Please check your spam folder to see if it's there. You can also review the details of your reservation in your Profile – Bookings.

If I make a booking for someone else, what name should I use?

The reservation should be made under the name of the person who will be experiencing the activity. Nevertheless, If you wish billing details in your name or company, make sure to provide that information in the designated field during the purchase.

Should I include infants in my reservation details?

Yes, all participants should be listed, specifying their ages if requested. Do I need to create an account to make reservations? Yes. This way, we can ensure that your data is secure, your bookings are available for reference, and your invoices are accessible.
