Overview:
The Discover Scuba Diving experience is the perfect program for those who are looking for to try something new. It is designed for those who have no experience with scuba diving but want to know what it’s like to breathe underwater. While this program is not an actual certification course, it will open your eyes to new possibilities and give you a taste of how much fun it is to scuba dive. The activity starts at 8:30 am at our dive center, and the return is between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. We will do two dives (25 min each) at two different sites in the Berlengas Archipelago. Between dives, we will have the surface interval on our boats, in one of the protected bays around the archipelago. We will provide water, bananas, and a small Portuguese cake, but we recommend bringing some additional food. At the end of the day, you can take a warm shower in our changing rooms, we provide towels and shower.

No, you don't need to have any previous diving experience.
How deep will we go during the dive?
The maximum depth that we can go during a Try Dive is until the 12 m.

Yes, it’s safe because you will be accompanied by an instructor at all time underwater.
