All customers with reservation must check in 15min prior to the booked time. Not wheelchair accessible. Participants should be confident bike riders, since Lisbon's old town has steep hills and narrow streets. Minimum of 2 people to operate this activity. Adult pricing applies to all travelers. All participants must have a minimum of 1.5meters (4.9 feet) and a maximum of 118Kg (260.14 pounds). Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The tour operate in the rain so please check the weather conditions and dress accordingly. The company provides ponchos. What happens if it rains?
Lisbon is known for its beautiful, sunny weather, but occasional rain showers can happen. If it’s just light rain, we provide rain ponchos so you can comfortably continue your tour. Segways are perfectly safe to ride in light rain, and Lisbon’s medieval streets look even more magical when they glisten under the raindrops. However, in cases of heavy rain or severe weather conditions, we offer rescheduling or alternative options. Your safety and experience are our top priorities, so we’ll always ensure you have the best adventure possible, rain or shine.
