A very enjoyable introduction to local flavors. The tasting was well organized and included a good selection of traditional products. The explanations were clear and helped understand what we were trying without making it too technical.

Good experience overall. The degustation was enjoyable and the setting was comfortable. It would have been interesting to have a bit more variety, but it was still a nice way to try local specialties.
