What if we don’t see any dolphins?
A voucher valid for 1 year to repeat the experience (if you came during the low season, you can only repeat the experience during the low season, or you’ll have to pay the difference; if you came during the high season and want to come during the low season, that’s fine, but we won’t refund the difference)
What if you want to cancel your booking?
You can cancel the booking anytime. If you cancel with more than 24h before the activity, you will get the full refund.
Can I reschedule?
