What if we don’t see any dolphins?
A voucher valid for 1 year to repeat the experience (if you came during the low season, you can only repeat the experience during the low season, or you’ll have to pay the difference; if you came during the high season and want to come during the low season, that’s fine, but we won’t refund the difference)
What if you want to cancel your booking?
We only refund your money if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance
Can I reschedule?
You can request a rescheduling less than 24 hours before the start of the activity, subject to a fee of 50% of the total booking amount
Can I cancel my booking if my plans change?
