Overview:

Dolphin watching takes place in the Professor Luiz Saldanha Marine Park, a protected nature reserve renowned for its rich biodiversity. During the tour, it is possible to observe several species of dolphins, such as the common dolphin, the bottlenose dolphin and the striped dolphin, as well as orcas, as well as the possibility of spotting some species of whales, the minke whale, the pilot whale and the fin whale. The Arrábida region is one of the best for dolphin watching. In the estuary of the River Sado, there is one of the only three resident populations of dolphins in Europe, made up of around 38 Bottlenose Dolphins, a unique and fascinating community.
