Cancellations are accepted with at least 24 hours’ notice. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the start of the cruise, no refund will be granted.
Weather Conditions?
LISBOA SAILING CRUISES may be required to cancel due to wind or sea conditions, an insufficient number of passengers, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date and time will be offered. If this is not suitable, a full refund will be issued.
Can boarding be refused?
Yes. LISBOA SAILING CRUISES reserves the right to refuse boarding to individuals under the influence of alcohol and to stop serving alcohol on board if the safety of the client(s) is at risk. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
